Good morning from the Morning Brew team! Phil won a trip to Macau yesterday; he’s still over there trying to win a ticket back. So, while the katz away, the mice will play… Peter King is your host today, and he’s got a packed show for you.
After the news at 10, we’ll be chatting with Tim Huxley about the upcoming Macau Grand Prix and Radio 3’s coverage over the next three days. Around 11.40 this morning, a chance for you to meet to authors – Damon Rose and Sergio Monteiro. They were winners of supplementary prizes in the 2017 International Proverse Prize for book-length un-published work.
As usual after the midday news, James Marsh will be dropping by to give us his take on the latest movies.
The Hong Kong Golf Club’s geneal manager Ian Gardner will join us at 12.35 to tell us about the upcoming Honma Hong Kong Open and a list of the latest big names who will be taking part. Plus, a chance for you to go to all four days for free! During the show, we’ll be asking questions regarding the tournament at Fanling next week; submit your answer by email and we’ll include your name in the draw to be made just before the 1pm news.
