節目以問答遊戲形式進行，邀請幼稚園及中小學校長作嘉賓，接受地球拯救隊(ERT) 隊長的挑戰，從而加深大家對環境保護的認識。
The programme is in the format of quiz games. Principals of kindergarten, primary and secondary schools will be invited to take on challenges from the captain of the Earth Rescue Team (ERT), so as to strengthen our environmental awareness.
