無論日常生活，又或出門遠行，單車都可以在生活中佔一席位。節目訪問不同的單車達人，以香港的單車歷史出發，細談近年的單車熱潮，再探索單車於生活應用的可能性。另外，節目亦會邀請不同的單車旅人分享以他們的單車遊歷體驗，擴展我們對單車城市空間的想像。 

Whether in daily life or when travelling, a bike can be part of the plan. The programme talks to bike whizzes and explores topics ranging from history of biking in Hong Kong to the biking fad in recent years, and how we can make use of bicycles in everyday lives. The programme will also invite bike travelers to share their experiences and expand our imagination on biking in urban spaces.
