To tackle such a problem, nowadays many airlines have implemented programmes to help pilots and cabin crew to deal with personal problems and minimize their stress levels, trying to make the flights safer. Yet the pandemic, restrictions and quarantine have severely affected the mental health of pilots over the past two years. How did the pilots get on with it and remain mental stable?
