    Hong Kong's food and beverage industry has been essential to its economy, social life, and tourism. HK Nepali has over two decades of experience in the Hong Kong F&B market, providing outstanding service and management in fine dining, lounge, bar, and cafe restaurants.

    This programme will bring the lives of HK Nepalese workforce as a manager, bartender, chef and waiter. This programme aims to highlight how they develop their knowledge and skills, knowledge, and experience to provide quality services and the value of their profession in HK's social and economic growth. This programme will also enable HK's Nepalese community to connect and develop a sense of belonging.

    Episode 9 Young F&B Entrepreneurs: Susan Rai & Bikal Limbu

    Susan Rai and Bikal Limbu are two young entrepreneurs in the F&B industry. They started their careers as a waiter and eventually owned a restaurant in HK. Susan Rai began his journey in the F&B industry in 2006 and gained experience in various roles, from a waiter and working his way up to becoming a bartender in some of the best restaurants and bars in Hong Kong. Similarly, Bikal Limbu also studied and worked in the F&B industry and specialized in beverage mixology. In fact, Bikal was the champion in a mocktail competition in Hong Kong in 2018. He also has more than a decade of experience in this field.
    In this episode, we will delve into their journey of becoming entrepreneurs at a young age. We will explore the challenges they faced while starting their own restaurant and hear about their experiences working both as employees and employers in the industry. Additionally, we will discuss the future prospects of the F&B industry in Hong Kong.
