Welcome to Wednesday on Morning Brew. Well, after starting off yesterday by taking you to a rice paddy in rural Nepal, we’ll make our regular mid week trip to Nevis to catch up with Janice Jensen from Nevis Animal Speak at 9.40. It’s already very dark there so no stunning views, apart from Janice of course. At 11.10 some live, on-location music from superstar singer Paul Phoenix. You can watch and listen as he, and pianist Dominic Lam, entertain you from his studio in Wanchai. Philippe Dova will be with us after 11.30 with more news and music with a French spin. It’s Pilates time after 12 with Jason Clark. Once again, we’ll be going to him, wherever he may be .
Good morning and welcome to Tuesday. On today’s Morning Brew let’s play more of your songs after 9. Just email or post here. At 10.10 we’ll catch up with Canadian adventurer Markus Pukonen. Yesterday didn’t work as he lost phone coverage just when we needed it. As you know, Markus is travelling the world without the use of power, and all being well we will find him in Myanmar this morning. At 10.40 Jarrod Watt brings you the latest from Australia, plus music from three great Aussie artists (one of whom you’ll hear at Clockenflap this year). At 11.10 Dr Merrin Pearse brings you this week’s eco-news. After 12 Morris Miselowski will be back for more business futurism, and to carry on from where we left off last week with a few conspiracy theories...or are they?
