70年代的香港，民歌非常流行，大家一同彈唱民歌，打破隔膜。現今社會，不少人以科技為主，成為「低頭族」，影響人與人之間的溝通。希望透過節目，令更多人關注民歌，重拾昔日情懷。

Folk songs were very popular in Hong Kong in the 1970s. People used to play and sing folk songs together and break the ice between one another. Nowadays, people depend so much on technology and become “phubbers”, which affects communication between people. The programme aims to draw people’s attention back to folk songs and revive the good old days.
