社會上存在著一群罕見病人，因為缺乏認知而被誤診。節目正是希望喚醒大眾對罕見病人的關注，陪伴他們克服人生賽道上的每個挑戰。 A group of rare disease patients in the society have been misdiagnosed because of a lack of understanding of the diseases. The aim of the programme is to raise the public awareness towards rare disease patients and to walk the challenging journey with them.
